SUPERSEED Well: Gluten Free & Vegan Treats

Recently a friend of mine informed me about a certified health based chef she followed on Instagram known as Laura Lea Balanced. It didn't take me long to start following her and her yummy food posts as well as her lengthy, but informative stories.  Laura Lea kept referring to some fabulous donuts and tortilla wraps she received from a company called Guiltless Goodies.  The same friend that told me about Laura Lea had ordered a sampler box from said company and kindly shared one of her GG cookies.

The first thing I looked at was the ingredients. The "flour" is a combination of 7 seeds so there is no grain. I also noticed that they were dairy free and of course free of high fructose corn syrup. A stellar list of ingredients and great taste led to another IG follower for Guiltess Goodies.

I checked out their website but was a little nervous about the pricing. That is not to say they are overpriced, as I understand that high quality ingredients cost more, but I had only tasted the cookies and wasn't sure if I wanted to take the risk.

********
*Here's an excerpt from their website on their 7 seed ingredient list...

"All Guiltless Goodies products are gluten, grain, dairy, soy, yeast and preservative-free! Also, low-carb & extremely delicious! All Guiltless products are made from our custom organic 7 seed blend of Chia, Flax, Hemp, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Poppy, and Sesame Seeds. We never use any yeast, grains, wheat, corn, gluten, refined sugar, preservatives or unnecessary fillers in any of our baked goods. When our recipes do call for sweetener, we only use as little organic coconut palm sugar as possible. We are completely NON-GMO. We use dairy-free, soy-free, real dark chocolate in our Skinny Donuts, Love Muffins and Best Cookies Ever. We also grind our own seed flour fresh so it protects all of the enzymes. We don't purchase it pre-ground, meaning it is freshly ground before each time we bake your Guiltless products. By grinding the seeds, the tough outer shell is broken apart, opening up to all of the minerals and nutrients inside the seed, and that is our Superfood Seed Flour that is used to make all of our products!"

********
Fast forward a few weeks and I enter one of their drawings for a free Grab & Go pack, which includes 2 packs of cookies, muffins and "skinny" donuts.

Surprise! My name is drawn!!

I was so exited! (There is something about me and food. I don't get it.)

Two days later the shipment arrived and I couldn't wait to try each one.

***The Cookies***

Glen eats a cookie right out of the box. He likes it, but we both found that we like them even more with some peanut butter slathered on top.  These make a great snack to curb any post lunch or dinner cravings. One of the first things I discovered is that I like them straight out of the freezer! I was in a hurry and in a hungry moment took a bite.  Now it's my favorite way to eat them: frozen with peanut butter.

***The Skinny Donuts***

When I first opened the package of donuts, I was skeptical. True to their name, "Skinny Donut's",  are small. How was this going to feel like I ate anything? However, one morning I paired a donut with eggs and could barely finish them both.

After the first few days of choosing a donut or muffin to eat with my eggs I notice that I wasn't not getting hungry before lunch. I also noticed that my cravings for sweets is non-existent. On Sunday mornings, my husband and I would eat a donut for breakfast and rush out the door for church. We felt satisfied until we returned home at lunch time. I love this because he runs around like crazy and I know he is less tempted to overload on junk.

***The Muffins***

The muffins are my favorite. I eat those right out of the fridge - with or without peanut butter, depending on how hungry I am. The whole family likes the muffins. In fact, I had to scale my 15 year old back to 1 a day due to budget. He plays football, so I know the healthy fats, protein and fiber are great for him but there is a limit to what we can afford!

***The Tortillas***

A sale pops up on their website and I decide that it's worth shifting some of our grocery budget around to make room for donuts and muffins. Yeah. That does sound weird! So I order a box, only this time I decide to try their tortilla wraps.

The wraps are surprisingly soft and pliable for a grain free option! I love them, but I'm not sure about them paired with eggs. I like any kind of meat, hummus, veggies, guacamole etc, but I was not crazy about the egg combo.  Perhaps I should give that another go...

********
Ok, Guiltless Goodies...tell me about the health benefits!

Health Benefits...

Guiltless Means Nutrition and Health Benefits That Help...
  • Skin, nails and hair grow strong and healthy.
  • Increase anti-microbial benefits, including anti-fungal and anti-viral properties.
  • Enhance immune response and absorption of vital nutrients.
  • Decrease the risk of colon cancer, Type 2 diabetes & hypertension.
  • Reduce symptoms of asthma, osteoarthritis & rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Decrease waist circumference & Decrease LDL (bad) cholesterol.
  • Provide structure, strength and elasticity in blood vessels, bones and joints.
  • Prevent migraine headaches, muscle cramps, tension, soreness and fatigue.
  • Restore normal sleep patterns & Decrease the severity and frequency of hot flashes in women who are experiencing unpleasant symptoms associated with menopause.
  • And let's not forget increased bowel regularity.
********
*In conclusion, I would purchase from this company again. In addition to a high quality, healthy ingredient list, they have fabulous customer service and follow up, the food stores great in the freezer and it travels well. My cravings are down and, save for the weekends and pumpkin flavored treats, I'm doing well with my food choices.

Hummus, Veggies & a Protein Snack
My healthier choices include fruits, hummus with veggies, guacamole and chips, protein smoothies and popcorn. I'm working on adding to that list each week!

For now I will wait for their next promotion to order again. Sometimes they offer 2 free items of your choice when you purchase the Guiltless Grab & Go box (that's what I received from the drawing), which is on sale for $85.99, plus free shipping.

Guiltless Grab & Go
2 packs of Best Cookies Ever
2 packs of Love Muffins
2 packs of Skinny Donuts
Well, my friends, have you ordered food off the internet before? If so, what was your experience?

Eat a little something "crunchy" today. Your body will thank you. ;)

A Little Spanish Flair?

Dressy, flowy and heels to boot! Who is this??  You don't often see me in a skirt and heels, but for the first time ever, I have in my possession a bold lip color!  I blame it all on my sister in law. During my visit to Columbus she hooked me up with my first Lipsense experience. I could go for some of those lovely neutrals that I live day to day in. However,  if I was going to try a lip color designed to stay on all day, why not shoot for something obvious?

But what does this lip color have to do with the style of my outfit? I'm so glad you asked. ;) In lieu of the fact that I've never sported bright lips, I thought I should style an outfit completely inspired by said lips.

I opened my closet and saw the floral belt and the salmon colored shoes. Then I noticed the black and white skirt, which is a recent hand me down from my dad's girlfriend. I don't know why this is amusing to me, but it is. If someone gives me an article of clothing, I see a fun challenge to make it work with my style...whatever that may be.

One the outfit came together I couldn't help but think of a Spanish style. Maybe it's the print of the skirt combined with the flower on the belt. Anyway, my thoughts were confirmed when I bumped into a friend and she said...

"You look Spanish today." ;)

That made me smile...

Yeah. Just like that. ;)

As for the accessories, I went for simple silver. Any extra color around my face looked like too much combined with the bold lips.

So, have you ever tried lip sense? If yes, what do you think?

I noticed that the color lasted all day with the occasional lip gloss re-application. My only troubles arose when I drank Kombucha and then again while eating salsa at a Mexican restaurant. So be sure to use a straw while drinking your fabulous Kombucha while wearing Lipsense, and remember to reapply the lipgloss if you're going to be dining at a Mexican restaurant. You don't want to be in the middle of your tasty Mexican dinner and begin to worry that your lip color is peeling in splotches!

****Where I Wore It****

We go to church every Sunday, but this Sunday was super special because our 8 year old twins were baptized by my husband. It was so beautiful to watch. I stood at the baptismal entrance, taking it all in as my husband explained the ways their lives have begun to show real understanding in the simple Gospel message, as well as ways they are beginning to live out their sweet, young faith. He choked up, I choked up and they smiled.

"Do you believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sins and that He now lives in you? Is Jesus Christ the Lord and Savior of your life?"

"Yes."

"Then it gives me great pleasure to baptize you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. Buried with Christ in baptism and raised to walk in newness of life."

I'm not gonna lie. I'm crying right now. Baptism is an outward symbol of an inward faith, as well as an act of obedience. It is not the beginning and it is not the end. We continue to pray that their faith will grow in Christ, just as we pray for our other boys, other family members AND ourselves!

That's all for today my dear reader friends. I pray you are blessed by an awareness of a loving God today!!

Favorites for Nights at Home

Hello! It's winter and I care not that the thermometer reads 62 degrees in Georgia right now. I shall carry on as if it's cold and enjoy my winter favorites for an evening at home.

An evening at home is one of my favorite pastimes during this season. It's a time when I can appreciate small and often unnoticed comforts and blessings. The blessing of shelter from the elements. The blessing of comfy clothes and cozy blankets of all colors and styles!   There's time to enjoy those Christmases presents and just be.

This year some of my gifts contributed perfectly for enjoying an evening at home, so I thought I'd make a list of my current favorites and share them with you.  Favorites that range from consumables to lounge wear; even undergarments. We are covering them all! So settle in and join me. ;)

Bathrobes and Joggers and Socks, Oh My!

Let's start with comfy and cozy.  Why not bring out the bathrobe?? (Though if I put my bathrobe on that means, I'm not doing anything. It quickly induces a sedentary mindset.)

If I'm not quite ready for the bathrobe (and complete vegetation), my joggers and footies come into play. These twinkle toes must be covered and warm. And the more Christmases I have, the more colors and variety of slipper socks line my drawer.

One of my favorite things to do while arrayed around this comfort is watching a movie or reading a book by the fire. Of course there will be no yuletide blaze for us Georgians at present with the warm temps, but for now I'll imagine cozying up by the fire with my favorite blanket.

Let's take full advantage of this season and gather with our loved ones to make sweet memories!

Movies!!!
A few of my favorites...

Three Cheers for Tea!!

However, before I make myself comfortable, my hands should be cradling a favorite mug. So put the kettle on. We're going to have some tea. Yes. Tea. I'm taking a little coffee break but don't fret my fellow coffee lovers, coffee will be back in play soon enough. In the meantime, I'm enjoying one of my Christmas presents - luxury tea by Measures of Grace. You truly savor every sip! Right now I'm drinking "IeIsa" and "borengajulie".

Popcorn!!

Another fun, though potentially dangerous, requirement for a night in are snacks. There must be snacks! That's where this microwavable contraption of convenience from Pampered Chef comes into play.  My popcorn is done in 3 minutes and if I hold the butter and add coconut oil, along with sea salt by Real Salt, health is not sacrificed! (Though I'm an advocate for fresh butter from grassfed cows!)

Pampered Chef

Cute Pajamas!!

So what about the pajamas? Finally I've joined the millions of other women and am a proud owner of a cute pajama set. Right before bed time I reach for my new favorites. They are incredibly comfortable with a breathable fabric designed to keep you cool through the night. Dope...

Soma Options

Books - Let's Read!!

If everyone is occupied I can grab a book and dig in. My goal is to complete more non-fiction books this year (I have lots of unfinished ones!). Here's my list for the next couple of months.

The Hidden Pretty!!

Now I've talked a lot about comfy and cozy because I know it well.  I know all about the sweat pants, fleece pants, and my hubby's favorite - army pt sweats! Oh yeah. (We joke, well I joke, and call it my sexy lingerie. He just rolls his eyes. I think he's amused. Really.) However, I've been trying to step it up a bit. Hence the navy pajama set. Baby steps. But what about the hidden pretties?

Honestly, I've seriously neglected this area of my wardrobe. Bras, panties and cute pajamas go to the bottom of my fashion priority list. By the time I get to them I'm out of cash.  So my lingerie consists of practicality. Nude colored, t-shirt bras. No lace. No frills.
I know. This shouldn't be.

There is something to be said about feeling great BEFORE you pick your clothes for the day.  I know that when your undergarments are attractive and flattering to your body shape, your clothes fit better. There are less bumps, lumps and scary creases! Adding function with beauty just makes the day better. Even when no one else knows that you're sporting an attractive, matching lingerie set under your close, YOU know. And you knowing, makes you feel better.

I know this and yet my lingerie drawer was just sad! That is until, I tried on this beautiful lace bra at Soma.

Necklace pictured is Phoenix by Premier Designs

It was comfortable and pretty! What?! You can have both? The head knowledge went straight to my heart (or wallet). I get why ladies want to line their drawers with these lovelies. One of every color. Though Soma bras tend to be pricey, a decent sale can mean a good bra (or two) AND money in your wallet.

Luxury Candle!!

Last but not least is the candle. What is that about, huh??  It's called the "wearable candle" made by Objects with Purpose  You can sit around and let the aroma entice your senses or you can use it as a body butter or massage oil. I'm not making this up. And before you get all, like wowza Chrissy, cool down. This happened to be my favorite scent. I bought a few different scents to gift at Christmas and this one almost ended up in a friend's gift. Almost. That could have been awkward.

Well, that is quite enough for today! What are your go to favorites for a night in? What are your favorite movies? What are you reading right now? What's your favorite bra?? I know. This is a lot. But I hope you have a few extra moments here and there to enjoy the season of being at home more and share your thoughts!

Feel beautiful lovelies because you are beautiful! Put on some pretty lace and see if you don't start singing "I Feel Pretty" from West Side Story!

Coffee. Is It Better with a Burr?

Before I talk about what grinder we use, allow me to share what lengths I may go to for a freshly ground cup of coffee...

The sun has yet to rise and though I'd rather still be sleeping, I accept my early fate and start plan B: make the coffee. With eyes half closed,  I shuffle out into the kitchen, remove our burr coffee grinder from its rightful place and creep into the garage. From there I maneuver around bikes and other garage-y items to the work bench. This is our only attainable outlet. It's being utilized, so I stretch, reach and battle with chords and surrounding items until I pull it free. Finally, I'm able to plug in the grinder and press the button. Sleepily, I rest my head on some box while that noisy contraption grinds my coffee. Soon there will be coffee.

********
Why not just grind it inside? Well, that would mean waking children and therefore, no peaceful sipping. It's worth it. I just wonder if I'm alone in my craziness...for the love of coffee in the morning.

So while we're on the topic of coffee, I thought I'd share about our semi-recent purchase of the burr grinder I mentioned above.

We were introduced to the idea of a burr grinder at a gathering with friends. Isn't that where the trouble always starts?? I couldn't help but notice the smooth coffee taste. While we are not strangers to good coffee, I've often wondered why the coffee vendors always seem to brew their coffee better. Before too long, I was investigating at Costco; peppering the coffee representative with questions. What was their secret? His reply was the consistency of the grounds. I looked at his ground coffee and went home to our grinder. After several unsuccessful attempts at mimicking his grounds, I gave up.

Now it seemed as if our friends had figured out the grinding trick. The coffee tasted great, however I wasn't convinced that I needed another small appliance sitting on my counter. We already had a small grinder.

A few months passed by and I stumble onto an article about how regular coffee grinders burn the coffee beans. In addition, a burr grinder will grind the perfect amount of coffee grinds constituently. This could mean a possible savings, since we grind more than necessary.

I polled my Facebook friends for grinder suggestions without mentioning "burr" grinders. Friends responded with links to burr grinders on Amazon.

So I started reading reviews and chose the Cuisinart burr grinder. It is not even close to the most expensive--wow! people love coffee,-- but, after sifting through all the "I love its" and "I hate its", we decided to take a chance. This model stores up to a pound of coffee beans and features the ability to choose the amount of coffee you would like grind, as well as a course to fine ground bean selector.

The cons for this particular grinder were one, the amount of coffee dust left in the container post-grinding and two, the noise level. However, when I read reviews for comparable grinders, I found that this was common.

All in all, I'd say that this was a worthwhile investment that I'd purchase again (with my reward points). We are already spoiled by the close to perfectly ground portions and sweet tasting freshness in every pot!

And in case your wondering what type of coffee we use on a regular basis, I'm happy to share this brand that we've used for a couple of years now.

Both Costco and Sam's carry this brand, but only Sam's has the Guatemalan beans. Costco sells a mixed blend, called Don Pablo's. Personally, I like the smooth taste of the medium-dark Guatemalan bean. It's one of the few things I purchase at Sam's.

Also, if you're in the market for decaf that is water processed, this company makes a great Colombian decaf. My husband has a disdain for decaf, but admits that he likes the taste of this particular coffee. Great Tasting Decaf

So what do you think?

An App? Is it Worth All That?!

Hey, hey! I'm still on the topic of closet organization this week and what better timing with a change of the seasons coming in.  (Why am I thinking of Mary Poppins and that weather vane?) As I shared in the previous post, I cleaned through my closet several times last year. The object was to only have items that flatter, fit, and are well loved.  From there I began thinking about which direction my closet needed to go.
  1. Did I need more professional clothing?
  2. How am I doing on comfy, casuals?
  3. What shape are my shoes in?
  4. Am I heavy on one particular color?
  5. Are my clothes current or currently workable?
  6. How is my jewelry collection faring?
Once I began this line of questioning I noticed that I had shoes that left pieces of themselves as I walked around. Gross. I didn't own a pair of comfortable neutral colored shoes, sunglasses or even a casual watch.

Time to make a list. In addition to a list, I looked at my fellow bloggers and pinterest for trends that may suit my style.

And right as these items began to fill the gaps in my closet I stumbled upon this fun organizational app for your clothes!  There are quite a few closet organizer apps out there but from what I've seen "Pureple" and "Stylebook" are the top rated for Apple devices. (Check out this link to find Style Apps for android) For now, I'm going with Pureple. They both have the same concepts. Add your wardrobe via web images or snap pictures of each individual item in your closet. Don't groan. It's so worth it. ;)

Once your app of choice is downloaded, just begin adding those fab pieces. Personally, it was easier for me to grab my clothes and snap pics than search for them on the web. It took me 3 sittings to add just about everything, but I was so glad I did.

To do this, I used either our large square coffee table or I hung the larger items on the door.  White works best for a background. I added a category to each item as I went along. If there wasn't a category that I wanted, it was easy to create my own.

Now I know what some of you may be thinking.

I don't have time to take pictures of all my clothes, shoes, and accessories!

Alright, let me ask you a couple of questions.

  • Is it time to pair down what's in your closet?
  • Are you truly wearing most of what you own?
  • How much time do you spend on figuring out what to wear? Remember, it took me 3 sittings to finish so you don't have to tackle it all in one day. Now I add articles as they come in. Bonus: more items went to the goodwill pile.
Just in case you're interested, I'll share my experience thus far.

Walking Shoes & Boyfriend Shorts

Hello. From where I sit this morning I can hear the consistent crash of wave upon shoreline; I can't see it, but I can hear it. Well, if I stand on my tip toes and crane my neck, I can just make out the beach horizon.   I was tempted to take this portable office down to the beach, but common sense ruled as I thought about all the sand my notebook would come home with. So, I content myself with sound and let my imagination do the rest.
This week is our last hurrah before it's time to prepare for school schedules and I couldn't be more bummed. Good thing my boys are asleep right now, or I'd be squeezing them till they could hardly breathe. I'm not ready for them to move onto the next level! Is this a downer? I agree. Let's talk about something else, like shoes.
Comfortable, yoga mat cushion technology, go with anything, Sketchers walking shoes.
That feels better doesn't it? Shoes and the health of our feet and legs. These shoes were purchased in Spring and are holding up well. I love the comfortable "gogaMat", shock absorbing technology. In other words, you feel as if you're walking around on a yoga mat all day.

What's your go to pair of casual shoes? A sneaker? A sandal? Dare I say, flip flops? I'm trying to take a little better care of my feet and legs here lately. Does that have to mean sacrificing cuteness?? Oh dear, I hope not!

And while we're talking about comfort, I must mention these boyfriend shorts. Also comfortable.  I wore this get up to scope out the small town of Ponce Inlet, Florida.

I love the bright colors of beach towns and couldn't resist pestering hubby for some pictures by a couple benches. (Totally worth all the eye rolling.)

So what's your casual shoe of choice?

Have a fabulous day and let's enjoy the time left of summer. :)

Outdoor Adventures: Time for New Trail Shoes

In a world full of endless electronic entertainment, I find it challenging to get our boys outside (and myself at times). There are few kids in the neighborhood, leaving very little draw to the world around us. Never mind that there are four of them to use their imagination with!

Perhaps I should intervene. Georgia has great parks and hiking, maybe we need to start using them.

Last summer my two eldest boys were in cross country, so I started by taking all four of them to the park to run 1 mile. Easy for the big boys. Tough for the younger boys...and me. No one likes these mandatory trips, but I'm glad I stuck with it because even when they returned to school I continued going until the cold weather returned.

We would pack nothing but water and head out to do our mile walk/run.

"My life is not walking and running, mom!" said my then 6 year old, Evan, who brought up the rear every time.

But my other younger child surprised me with his effort to keep up with the big brothers.

This year I fully intended to renew our running tradition again, but things change, don't they? Both boys are no longer in cross country. One decided to go with football and for some reason it throws me off. However, I still need to look for ways to keep our family outdoors some!  Not just for the sole purpose of exercise, but our household bonds better when we get out and move. If we stay home the temptation to do our own thing usually wins out. Each one to their own electronic device or a spot in front of the television.

So we must leave. Of course there is swimming, plenty of swimming at various "borrowed" pools.

But I wanted to add another activity, because like anything else our boys get bored of swimming. Spoiled. We are so spoiled. How about hiking? Since we live less than an hour from one of biggest tourist attractions in Georgia, Stone Mountain, which has a 1/2 mile hike up, we decided to start there.

My husband and I planned a test trip to see how we'd fare. We learned two things that day.
  1. We are both cardiovascularly challenged.
  2. My hiking shoes of 16 years, needed to be replaced. Going back down was a little slippery.
I recalled my 7 year old's lament: "my life is not walking and running". He and I share in the art of drama. Here's a silly clip we made once we peaked the "mountain".

Oh we would be hiking up that mountain again. And I'd be ready for it, starting with the proper shoes.   REI kindly informed me of their anniversary sale, so we loaded up the van and went shopping.  After trying on many pairs of boots and trail runners, while peppering the seasoned hiker and REI rep with tons of questions, I chose the trail running shoes over hiking boots. I don't foresee too many adventures during the cold weather season.  I also went for the biciclying socks over the hiking socks because of vanity. Pure vanity.  The REI rep assured me that I would love this brand of hiking socks. "You don't even need liners with these." However, she did advise me to get the hiking style. Vanity.

Introducing my new Salomon trail runners and amazing socks, by Darn Tough, I found...

Now that footwear is accomplished, we just needed a date on the calendar.  And why not add some friends to ensure less complaints from our boys?

The day arrived and we took to the hills. Glen and I did fine, though it was still a challenge. My trail runners were great. I confidently scaled up and down without fear of slipping. Even after hiking another trail, the shoes felt great. However, I would advise against the lower cut socks if you're shoes comes up high in the back. Probably should have gone with the crew socks as advised. (Vanity.)

How did the boys do? The big boys lept from rock to rock, ran some, etc. The younger guys struggled. One laid out in the middle of the trail and rolled around, groaning as other hikers stepped around him.  (Note: he is our dramatic child.) With the top of the mountain just a few yards away we were able to encourage him to move on.  Once we made it, we all sucked down water and gained a burst of energy.

We see you Atlanta!

Child on the right...his life is not walking and running

Now we just need another outing on the calendar. Let's get out and move! What do you do to stay active?

Do You Color Your Own Hair?

About a year ago I was sent an invitation from a friend to try Madison-Reed permanent hair color. It just happened to come right when I was contemplating one of life's quandary's - to color or not to color??  My hair stylist and friend gently encouraged me with soothing words.

There, there Chrissy. Coloring your hair will add vibrancy to your overall color, as well as cover your greys!

Apparently, not only do we grey with age but we also become dull. I protest!

That being said, I decided to check out the website and investigate just a smidge.  On their "about" page I  read...

BETTER FOR YOU

Ammonia, Resorcinol, and PPD-Free, with No Parabens Added

The granola in me smiled.

SALON-QUALITY RESULTS
GUARANTEED

Our Color Lasts Longer and Is Gentler on Your Hair
My bank account and husband smiled.

With $15 off my first order, I was willing to invest the remaining $10.00 to try it. Excitedly, I began the short process of filling out my personal profile, clicked "done" and was rewarded with color recommendations. After two attempts, I found my perfect match and learned the easy process of at home-do-it-yourself-coloring.

Once my box arrived, I timidly opened my package. What if there was a cap and hook in there?? Visions of watching my mom and her friend poking a hook through the marked holes on mom's cap, and pulling out a small clump of hair, over and over again, came flooding back. That looked painful and there was no way. Of course I realize that's for frosting or highlighting, but the visions still came.

My fears were unfounded. I was greeted by stylish packaging and uplifting compliments.

Pros...
  • There is minimal odor or chemical smell.
  • My hair is softer when I'm done!
  • My grey is covered
  • The lustre in my overall color has returned
  • I only have to color ever 6-8 weeks
  • They have a colorist on standby for "live" chat to assist
  • They tell me I'm beautiful (I mean...)
Cons...
  • I have to do it myself
  • It's an added cost and added "to-do"

What's the price?

First time use with $15 off: $10, plus $5.00 shipping. (Message me with your email and I'll send you one!)
Regular price: $24.95, plus $5.00
Automatic Renewal Price: 19.95, plus $5.00 shipping - you can adjust date as needed

I've posted a couple of videos on my Facebook page if you're just that curious! ;) What do you think? What kind of hair color do you use?

As always thanks for reading!
