Racerback Tank Goes Smashingly With Camo

Surprise packages in the mail are positively delightful and when said package is a soft, adorable pink tee one might instantaneously be inspired to pair said tee with a camo skirt. And that my friends is exactly what transpired for me last week.

Ok. Enough of my silliness. In all seriousness, I had no sooner finished lamenting the need for cooler tops when this cutie arrived. What a welcome break from all the junk mail we continue to receive since moving!

I opened the box and smiled at the message from home. Sweet tokens of thoughtfulness - I can learn so much from people like that! Why is it so difficult for me to get packages sent out?? I have items that live in my closet awaiting their destiny in another home...

So! I'm determined to act more on those passing thoughts to show someone that they crossed my mind. Perhaps if I add it to my actual to do list...that would be a start!

Cute racerback tank is by Oh Hello Sparkle. There's lots of designs to choose from!

The Camo skirt is an oldie but goodie I found at the GAP! Their latest style is HERE.

Did you observe my photo bomber in the last couple of pictures? He is small but we weren't taking any chances. We are teaching the boys about staying far back from the water's edge, not feeding alligators and to pretty much stick with us! This guy was seeing what my husband had on his fishing lure. It's just another adventure to add to our Florida list!

Well, that's all for today my friends! Let's write that card or mail that package this week, shall we??

Chrissy

  5. If that's okay...why don't you email me or DM me on IG (jodie@jtouchofstyle.com or @jtouchofstyle) because I don't think I get your responses to my comments otherwise and I don't want to include it if you're not okay with that...

  15. Discovered you through Jodie's camo post. LOVE your skirt. I was a bit hesitant to embrace camo because I associated it with military, death, hunting. I think too much sometimes! But found a pair of camo pants I loved and bam, I was sold. Now heading over to check out the link to Gap's latest camo skirt. Thanks for providing it.

    1. Hi Leslie! It’s so nice to meet you! I completely understand the process of thinking through fashion! I’m that way about certain slides. I can’t get past the thought that they look like bedroom slippers. Now watch everyone unfollow me. Haha. Anyway, I hope you find the perfect camo skirt for you!
