Simply Earth Now Has A Starter Box

If you've visited my blog over the last year you may have seen a post or two about the essential oils recipe boxes by Simply Earth. This big hearted, give back company cares about people as well as the environment. Their uniquely curated boxes are designed with the amateur oily folk in mind, as well as the pros. As far as essential oils go, most know that not all are equal. Quality and method of processing is not something I worry about with this company. All this being said, have you heard they have a "Starter Box"?

Each month subscribers are sent box of goodies, appropriately created for that season/month. Soothing skin recipes for the winter or summer. There's diffuser recipes for colds, focus, calm and the list goes on. These boxes are well loved, so you know what? They sell out! For this reason, Simply Earth came up with the Starter Box. Essential Oil Organization & Simply Earth's September Recipe Box

Hello! Would you believe this is my 12th post on Simply Earth's Essential Oil Recipe boxes? What a blessing this company is to me and my family! Right after we moved to Florida I received my first box, consisting of FOUR full-sized bottles of EOs, vibrant recipe cards and bonus items. In addition, I received a bonus box full of empty roller bottles, EO bottles, almond oil, etc. I looked at the contents of that box and thought, "what am I going to do with all that???". Well, I can assure you I've found plenty of uses.

Perhaps you've already seen some IG stories or maybe even an impromptu video that I shared on Facebook regarding this box. However, there is something about the layout and design that goes into a blog post that ensures I'm not ready to give up on blog life - no matter the draw that Instagram life gives! Here poochie! Our dog didn't stand a chance when this month's Simply Earth Essential Oil box arrived in the mail. My boys knew the box was all about the pets and couldn't wait to see what recipes awaited us. Their excitement was infectious, making me feel excited. In fact excitement abounded until I came up with the idea to get Dolly in the pictures.  I never worked so hard for so little a result in my life (I may be exaggerating, but seriously)! After ten minutes I was ready to throw in the towel, but Dolly loved every treat she consumed!

Ya'll! I do have oils for that - my own laundry detergent. I made my own laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent! I've officially plunged deep into the world of natural this month. When I opened this month's box, I danced. Who gets that excited over house cleaning products? I guess I do! Throwing together my own laundry detergent has been on my "try it" list since the twins were babies. Where does the time go? Simply Earth's Essential Oil Wellness Box For March!

Anxiety Away, Mood Lifting Diffuser Blends, Magnesium Sleep Spray...can you just feel the tension easing out of my shoulders as I type? Soft music plays and a smile tugs at the corners of my mouth. It's my 6th month with Simply Earth essential oils subscription boxes and I continue to be impressed with their creative recipe. In 6 months I gained a total of 24 bottles of EOs, 24 natural recipes and lots of memories with my boys. I bring roll-on bottles around from place to place and when I forget what oil does what, I simply refer back to my growing stack of cards.

Hello my dears! Once again I'm delighted to share a creative Essential Oil recipe box from Simply Earth. Last month my skin relished the extra spoiling with homemade body butter, lip scrubs and chapsticks, which perfectly prepared it for this month's "barn painting". Ever heard that expression? I lived in the south for most of my life sooo...anyway, all that to say, this month we are playing with makeup!!!

Once upon a time no one questioned sulfates, acetone, fragrance and ethanol in the ingredient lists of skin care, cosmetics and shampoos.  Even now, when I know those chemicals are harmful, I still continue to use them from time to time. Factors such as cost, convenience and dare I say, "results" often steer me to fabricated, but luscious scents to achieve my dream skin and hair.

It's a pampering, cold supporting, tension diffusing and all around fabulous month for Simply Earth Subscribers! After traveling home from Georgia my husband started feeling poorly, but a few days later it became unbearable - to me. Yeah. I know. Sadly, my nursing skills could use a little work. However, the boys and I completed two recipes out of December's box and they just happened to be a "Congestion Relief" roll on and a Congestion Relief vapor rub. Guess who has been laying by the diffuser smelling like an oil shop? (Side note: Be sure to scroll to the end to see Evan and Caden help me share the unboxing for this month!)

Simply Earth's Essential Oils Recipe Box for October Is Superb

The October subscription box for Simply Earth essential oils is out and I LOVE it! The contents make me "feel" October in spite of my hot Florida vibes and I can't wait to share it with YOU! So today I'm thrilled to feature the contents, the first couple of recipes I've already put together, as well as the organization that Simply Earth is partnering with for this month! 

Is it crazy that I get so excited about essential oils? After all, this is not my first experience with EOs by any means, and it's not my first box from Simply Earth. (You can read about my first experience with this fabulous company AND my comical first altercation with essential oils HERE in my September post.) 

However, the colorful, eye catching recipe cards with step by step instructions for ways to put these quality EOs into day to day use, make this DIY challenged heart happy! Not to mention, the fact that they supply me with activities to engage my younger boys if I so choose. 

I'm taking steps towards a more natural home without having to come up with the "what" or "how"!
