Classy, Classic Casual With Causebox

Episodes of World of Dance seems to be influencing me these days. My dancing skills are clumsy and uncoordinated at best, but in my head I'm quite good. ;)  There's leaping and flexibility like you wouldn't believe because I forget that in reality touching my toes is an accomplishment these days. Ah well, a contestant I may never be, however dancing in my head means I've got this feeling inside my bones. It's electric baby...wait, I'm sorry. Does this post have a point? Indeed it does.  The combination of sublime weather and my latest purchase put a spring in my step, a tap in my feet, a wiggle in my walk...you get it.

I'm breaking out timeless casual in this post with classic, dark skinnies, a white tee, a polished cardigan, chic leopard print flats and all the accessories!  Does one need inspiration to put this look together? Perhaps not, but when I opened up my long-awaited box of goodies from Causebox the elegant scarf demanded immediate use and brought for inspiration. ;)

What is Causebox? WEll, I know you've heard of Fab Fit Fun, that wonderful box of full-sized "hot" items packed up at an amazing price. Causebox has the same idea, only with a socially conscious twist. Here's how they describe their company:

"A quarterly curation of socially conscious lifestyle products for women. Every box is filled with products that have a story and make a difference."

I was so close to purchasing a Fab Fit Fun box, but I wanted to try something different and the idea of cleaner beauty products, tugged at my "granola" heart strings.  So I used the last of my "fun" money and impatiently waited for the fall box to arrive!

As I stated earlier, I wasted no time in making use of the scarf, by Bloom and Give, or any of the other items for that matter. The stylish Soko earrings are my new favorite, as they work with anything I throw on. They are lightweight and visible enough to make a statement! The eyeshadow palette by Realher is lovely and doesn't irritate the sensitive skin around my eyes. Zoya's nail polish is free from 10 toxic chemicals commonly found in conventional nail polish, so I actually had extra motivation to paint my nails.

Also in the "fall" box is a vegan leather clutch by October Jaipur, a Swell water bottle, Scentuals hand cream, and a PF Company soy, wax candle.   I look forward to making use of all these beauties or gifting some if I can bear to part with something. ;) At the end of the post, I linked a few of the items from the Causebox, as well as my new favorite lippie by Tarte.

Everything else I'm wearing is shopped from my closet!

A few extra facts...the Causebox is 54.95 for a one time order or $200 for the year. There are no coupon codes at this time, but I when you hop on the site they offer $10 off your first box. Click HERE. They sell out of every box so if you do decided to sign up for a winter box, don't wait too long!

Do you subscribe to a subscription box? What do you love about it?
