What To Wear: Thanksgiving Outfit Inspo

Do you pick your Thanksgiving outfit ahead of time or do you wing it at the last moment? Does your family and extended family take family photos that day? Are you used to a big group or do you have a quaint and quiet celebration? No matter how you celebrate, all that truly matters is if you're comfortable and feeling confident. Today's outfit is what I would choose for comfort, but the added fashion details make me feel more confident.  Of course, this outfit works for any fall day, especially in warmer climates but there are a few reasons it works for Thanksgiving.

A Hat Paired With Statement Earrings

The hat eliminates the need to fuss with my hair, while the earrings draw the eyes to the face!

Comfortable, yet stylish shoes.

I picked the Willow Weatherproof boots c/o Aetrex Footwear because I loved the subtle western vibe, the rich brown color, and the cork heels. The fact that they are weatherproof just added an extra bonus. Since I own several pairs of Aetrext shoes, I was confident these would be comfortable like the rest.  I was correct. The heel gives enough elevation for style without sacrificing comfort and of course, there is arch support. I can wear them all day!

Layers for temperature control and for keeping how much I ate a mystery. ;) In this case, a shirt dress is all the extra warmth I'll need, considering I'm in Florida.

An elastic waistband for growth and mobility. Bring on the leggings but make them faux leather for elevated style.

Accessories to complete the look and an extra bonus if I can have my nails done! I've loved partnering with Paint Nair Bar, located in South Sarasota. They offer non-toxic services for manicures and pedicures. And yes, that includes gel polish!

What's your Thanksgiving outfit criteria?
