Friday Feature Favorite: SUPERSEED LIfe: Good Taste In Wellness

Hey friends! Last week I featured a listing of recent brands I've tried and this week I'm featuring ONE favorite! If you've been around the blog for a minute then you know one of my favorite healthy food brands is SUPERSEED Life (formerly known as Guiltless Goodies)! From the sweet family that runs the company to the delicious tasting, rich in fiber, protein, and healthy fats treat! This company came up with a flour that consists solely of seeds! Seed flour, can you imagine?

I couldn't either, but they struck nutrient-gold with this combination and today I want to highlight most of their shop inventory. For those with no diet restrictions, eat with gusto.
