One of My Most Complimented Items

Hello friends! Monday I was delighted to highlight another goal for 2019: Cultivate Meaningful Relationships! I've truly enjoyed being intentional in what I believe to be one of the  most important areas of life - the people. That being said, the day went haywire quickly after I clicked "publish" on the blog screen. The dog chewed my favorite bra by Third Love, one of my shoes, the hubby's new hat, and his ear buds. She was on a chewing rampage! Then to remove all that attention from the poochie mayhem, my middle son dropped his iPhone into the pool. Needless to say, there were not a lot of happy campers around the house and the last thing I wanted to do was hang around for meaningful moments, but I think that's all part of it, right?

In good times, in bad times...I'll be on your side forever more...

Anyway, today we are cutting our losses and moving forward in thankfulness. I'm thankful she didn't get to my Panama hat that I featured last week, OR my favorite and most complimented kimono from American Eagle. Typically I wear this kimono with jeans but felt inspired to style a new look with my old LulaRoe cassie skirt. This makes me ready for spring - ok, spring is already here in Florida. Are you ready for spring??

Sadly the kimono is no longer available online, but if I find another one like it I'll be sure to share! Go HERE for a list of their trending kimonos!

Happily joining the Blended Blog today with their fashion prompts for February. "Compliments". What about you? What's your most complimented wardrobe piece??

  1. Well I'm glad Monday is over for you and hopefully the pooch has moved on to other things to chew! Girl, you know I love a kimono and this one is perfection. I love the color and the floral print. That panama hat was made for this look - I just love how you mixed all these pieces to put together a terrific look that should garner many compliments! Look at those amazing legs! I swear, you are made for running half marathons - wink, wink!

  13. Sorry it took me so long to see this post. Oh my goodness, you really do need some time away! Fortunately, our little dog has never had chewing phases, that would be so frustrating. Girl, you keep making me want that hat! (so glad your dog didn't get that!) . I would so copy this outfit.
