Friday Favorites: Sarasota Local Spots, SUPERSEED Well, Target Slides & More

Hello and Happy Friday! Today's features are everyday favorites, though I feel like they usually are, with the exception extraordinary adventures! So, in the light of everyday common-dom, I eagerly share my favorite fashion addition, a healthy & beauty item I use on the daily, my latest healthy snack adventure and a local spotlight!

Fashion Favorite

Target featured a Buy 1 Get 1 half off sale on their shoes and they sucked me in. I wanted a refresh on my knock off birkenstock's but liked the extra heel on this Kerryl Wedge pair! I felt complete. New denim shorts and new shoes. What more could a gal ask for?? Oh, I know a lot more but I'll find contentment in these for awhile anyway. As for that second pair of shoes, well I bought some red espadrilles and realized I already had a pair close to them. Guess I'll be exchanging those!

Beauty Favorite:

Native Deodorant. I know you've seen shout outs for this brand all over the place. For $12 a stick I wouldn't have tried it, but my sweet SIL slipped one in my Christmas stocking a few years ago.  I'm still using it. I LOVE it. It's clean and it actually works.  Do I still sweat at times? Yes, but at the end of the day I don't smell! My personal experience is that the Coconut & Vanilla is the most effective.  Mine is auto shipped every couple of months, which gives me a discount and I don't have to worry about running out. Plus, now the hubby has started using it.

Emails featuring their latest products, toothpaste and bodywash are luring me in. Have you tried them yet?

Favorite Healthy Snack

You know how food motivated I am and even more so when it's something good for me. My absolute all time favorite "treat" with power is by a company called SUPERSEED Well. I was introduced to the company by a friend while living in Georgia and then won my box of goodies soon after. I was so impressed with the ingredients, starting with flour made from 7 organic seeds, and the great taste, that I began purchasing my own variety box from time to time. Then one day it happened! I sent them an email about collaborating JUST as they were launching their ambassador program - and they accepted me!

To say I'm excited is an understatement. This love I have isn't merely for clean, vegan, gluten free, fiber packed and protein punching tasty treats! It's also for the creators - Daniel and Lindsey. They are just precious. If you aren't already following them on Instagram, hop over and do it. You will love them and it's a great way to keep up with special offers.

What was once chocolate cookies, chocolate muffins, chocolate donuts and the 7 seed flour has now expanded! Here's the haul I was sent to consume and review. Needless to say, I've had a lot of fun tasting and I'll be sharing more of my favorites soon. Today we will start with the donuts and the snickerdoodle cookies.

Dark Chocolate Donuts with cacao nibs
Dark Chocolate: 7 grams of fiber, 5 grams of protein
Snickerdoodle Cookies
These are going to be one of my favorites - so good!
SUPERSEED Snickerdoodle Cookies: 3 grams fiber, 2 grams protein
Maple Cinnamon Donut
Guess what? Yup. Delicious
Maple Cinnamon: 6 grams of fiber, 4 grams of protein

Local Favorite: The Lakewood Ranch Market

Yes! I market hop. I love meeting the local vendors featured at the markets. It feels like community and each visit is one step closer to actual community! This market was a quick stop for us, as I had the younger boys with me, but I knew they would be up for some ice cream. And momma took home some homemade salsa!

Ok, my friends! There's much to prepare for this weekend. The twins turn 10 and we are going all out starting with a morning movie showing of the latest Avenger's movie - Endgame. Have a wonderful weekend and if you haven't caught up on this week's post join me again for Monday's Beach Clean Up and Wednesday's Wrap Dress Feature.

  2. You look adorable (again)! Those treats look great, I'm so glad you got a sponsorship. I think I'm going to try that deodorant--TMI, but i'd get the botox shots if they didn't have to be redone so often. :/
