What I Wore: Soft & Trendy Tees By Rockdale Designs

None of us are strangers to a graphic tee, I'm sure. I know I've had my fair share of them over the last 5 plus years. Graphic tees have been styled every which way, allowing individuals to express an idea, thought, or feeling simply through what they are wearing. One can take up a cause, make someone laugh, share cool vibes, express art and even encourage with a design on a tee. I'd like to know who started this trend, wouldn't you?

I've worked with several boutiques, styling and sporting their tees. So I'm no stranger to what a good quality tee feels like. And today I'm happy to share Rockdale Designs' quality and trendy, vintage tees with you! They use sublimation for all their prints, which means you will have a nice permanent print that won't crack or fade!

What I Wore: Summer Dresses For Dinner Or Dessert

These last couple of weeks, the hubby and I were able to sneak away TWICE! That's unusual for our schedules but sometimes event "cards" fall as they may. These little getaways inspired this post because one was out for a full course meal, while the other was a short escape for dessert. I wore dresses to both outings, as is fitting for the Florida heat.

I shopped my closet for the dresses but linked up the shoes I know you'll love, as well as the accessories that represent small businesses or companies that are out to make a change in the world. In addition, I hope you'll be inspired to get out and get some time with someone special.

What I Wore: An Athletic Shoe You Need to Try

walking shoes

Get out there and move! We hear this all the time. We know that walking is tremendously beneficial to our health or dare I say, vital. Our body is like a banking account. You can make deposits or withdrawals based on food choices, environment, and activity. Every substance or food that our body recognizes is used and what it used gets a good interest rate, building on our future health. However, everything that our body doesn't recognize is a toxin. Those toxins make withdrawals.

Have you ever searched your end-of-the-month statement or credit card bill for one big expense to justify the shocking balance at the end of the month? Oh, I have and I"m usually disappointed to find that somehow all those five, ten, and twenty-dollar purchases added up to one big bill that leads to a big withdrawal from our account.
